As part of my slow progress towards a healthier diet, I tried multiple replacements for half & half in my morning coffees - eventually using Almond milk. But about 18 months ago, I tried Oatmilk and liked the test a little better. Later I learned more about the issues of water and bees surrounding Almonds, so I am now dedicated to Oat milk as my milk replacement in coffee and cereal (where I consume the most dairy nowadays). I think that coffee creamers and even milk is something that many of us have different tastes for, so you might want to try a few or all of these to see what you like better. I was really surprised that all of them tasted pretty good. Enjoy your Oat milk and know you are doing something good for your health.
